Official Promotional & Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

• The M.King Media INC. Media Influencer Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of M.King Media INC., its affiliate platforms (M.King Media and Cross First News), board members, and immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

• The Contest begins on [JUNE 1ST, 2026] and concludes on [JUNE 15TH, 2026] (the "Promotion Period").

• All digital entries, social interactions, or submissions must be received by [Insert Time, e.g., 11:59 PM MST] on the final day of the Promotion Period to be eligible for the drawing.

3. How to Enter & Participate

• To participate in the Media Influencer Contest and help share faith-based media, entrants must complete the following actions during the Promotion Period:

• Step 1: Follow the official M.King Media and Cross First News social media pages.

• Step 2: Interact with, share, or tag others in designated contest posts (e.g., short-form biblical insight clips, gallery promotions).

• Step 3: Complete the official entry form located at CrossFirstNews.com (which may include opting into the ministry's email distribution network).

• Limit: One (1) primary entry per person, though bonus entries may be awarded for additional verified social media shares or subscriber referrals as detailed on the entry page.

4. Prize Selection & Valuation

• The Prize: [1 OF 3 $50 DIGITAL AMAZON GIFT CARDS].

• The estimated retail value of the prize is $[$50]. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of M.King Media INC.

• The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about [JUNE 20TH, 2026].

5. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

• The selected winner will be notified via the email address or social media direct message provided at the time of entry.

• The winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the designated window, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

• M.King Media INC. is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notifications due to spam filters or digital connectivity issues.

6. Publicity & Liability Release

• By participating, entrants grant M.King Media INC. and its related ministries the absolute right and permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, or testimony for promotional, editorial, and ministry-reporting purposes (such as the State of the Ministry Report) without further compensation.

• By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless M.King Media INC., M.King Media, Cross First News, and their respective officers, directors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

7. Governing Law & Sponsor

• This Contest is sponsored solely by M.King Media INC., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social platform used for distribution.

• For a copy of the winner's list or a full physical copy of these rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the ministry’s official administrative mailing address.
